  1. Eligibility for Return You may apply for return within 30 calendar days after you receive clothing items. Items must be unused, unwashed, original tags attached, no stain or damage. Personal‑hygiene‑related apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  1. Contact our customer service at support@barrywing.com  to submit return request, state your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team’s approval and return instruction. Do NOT send parcels without prior authorization.
  3. Send goods back to the above‑mentioned complete return address. Buyer bears return freight unless defect or our mistake is confirmed.
  1. Refund Process After we receive and inspect returned goods, we will initiate your refund. Refund will go back to your original payment method within 7‑14 working days. The original shipping cost is non‑refundable unless we sent wrong / defective items.
  2. Exclusions Final‑sale discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless manufacturing defect exists.
  3. Damaged / Wrong Item If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect clothing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos via support@barrywing.com . We will arrange replacement or full refund.
